Ginger biscuit base with sliced bananas and toffee, toped with fresh cream and grated chocolate.
Cheese cake
Crunchy biscuit base with your choice of flavour topping. Decorated with fresh cream and fruit.

Chocolate roulade
Rich chocolate cake with fresh cream and decorated with fresh fruit.
Mint chocolate tort
Crunchy chocolate biscuit base with rich mint chocolate ganache topping. Decorated with fresh cream and mint chocolate.
White chocolate and amoretti tort
Amoretti biscuit base with a rich white chocolate topping. Decorated with fresh cream and chocolate.
Mousse Cake
Plain or chocolate sponge with a light mousse filling. Decorated with fresh cream and fruit. (Strawberry, Raspberry, Orange, Lemon, Cherry, Pineapple, Lime)
Profiteroles
Light choux pastry balls filled with fresh cream and topped with chocolate. Can either be left loose or stacked into a tower and decorated.

3 course meals available for that special occasion when you want to have people over but don’t want to go to all the trouble of cooking for them. Tell me what you would like and I will prepare it for you and you just need to heat it when ready. As all our food is home cooked freshly for you most items are suitable for home freezing as well. We can also provide weekly fresh meal deliveries that you can freeze. (A small charge will be made for delivery)

Children’s Party Buffet £6 per head
Sandwiches with various fillings, Sausage rolls, corned beef pie, cheese pie, pizza fingers, chicken Goujons with dip. Fairy cakes (plain or chocolate), iced biscuits, toffee mallow crispy cakes. A birthday cake can be added at extra cost to your requirements. Prices available on request.
Finger Buffets
Bronze buffet £5 per head
Sandwiches with various fillings, Quiche, Sausage rolls, Corned beef pie, Cheese pie, Game chips. Garnished and ready to serve. Desserts available see separate price list.
Silver Buffet £8 per head
Sandwiches with various fillings, Quiche, Mini Yorkshire puddings with roast beef and horseradish sauce or mustard, Corned beef pie, Cheese pie, Chicken Goujons with a dip, Carrot lentil and sesame bites with dip. Game chips. Garnished and ready to serve. Desserts available see separate price list.
Gold Buffet £15 per head
Spinach roulade filled with cream cheese, Sausage rolls, Mini Yorkshire puddings with roast beef and horse radish or mustard, Mini quiches, Sandwiches with various fillings, Chicken Goujons with dip, carrot lentil and sesame bites with dip, Blinis topped with cream cheese and smoked salmon, Mushroom parcels, Stuffed tomatoes. Game chips, Own recipe home made sausages wrapped in smoked bacon. Garnished and ready to serve. Desserts available see separate price list.
Platinum knife and fork Buffet £20 per head
Chicken stuffed with fresh pineapple wrapped in smoked bacon, Spinach roulade filled with cream cheese, Honey glazed roast gammon, stuffed peppers, filo parcels filled with garlic mushrooms, Smoked salmon timbales.
Served with a selection of salads, home made coleslaw and potato salad. Garnished and ready to serve. Desserts available see separate price list.
Canapés £4.50 per head
Blinis with smoked salmon and cream cheese, Mini caramelised onion tarts, Home made sausages wrapped in smoked bacon, Parmesan shortbread topped with creamed goats cheese and red onion marmalade, Brochetta topped with tomato chutney and fresh basil, mini cheese scones with humus and olives. Garnished and ready to serve.
Dessert canapés £4 per head
Chocolate dipped strawberries. Bite sized profiteroles, mini shortbread topped with mascarpone cheese and raspberries, your choice of flavour mousse cake, mini toffee mallow crispy bites, hand made Chocolates.
Picnic Lunch £4.50 per person.
A sandwich in either brown or white roll filled with your choice of
Ham, tuna mayonnaise, Cheese savoury, Egg mayonnaise with salad or without. Or a BLT.
2 mini Sausage rolls, square chocolate caramel crispy. And chocolate dipped strawberries.
Afternoon tea £3.50 per head

Handmade Chocolates
Chocolates filled with chocolate orange mousse, or mint chocolate mousse or coffee chocolate mousse. Other flavours can be made on request £4 for 12.
Celebration cakes
Available from £8 for a small plain or chocolate sponge decorated with butter icing. Cakes are available in various sizes to your specific design. Children’s or adults, plain or flavoured sponge. I will do my best to create something special for your celebration. As each cake is individual I can not give a price for them. All cakes will be discussed and prices given for your particular cake, then you can decide if you want me to go ahead and make it.
